OUR POLICIES

Enrollment Procedures

Students may register for APEI’s Fitness Program by calling (603) 602-0301 or by registering on-line at info@apeiportal.com

Late registration will not be accepted after the second week of the program starting date.

Admission Requirements

Enrolling students are required to be at least 16 years old to register.

School Calendar

APEI  holds 12 weeks programs 3 times per year.

Attendance

Students are required to attend ¾ of scheduled class or 9 of 12 classes/days.  Tardiness will be defined as being more than 1/2 hour late to the beginning of class.  2 tardy appearances will result in 1 missed class. If a student misses more than 3 classes (including tardy appearances) the student will:

    A) fail the course and will be administered the appropriate refund

    B) Re-register to attend an upcoming session

If there are unforeseen or significant instances for which a student misses more than 3 classes, it will be the faculty’s decision whether or not to allow those absences to count towards this policy.  It will be the student’s responsibility to notify instructor(s) that he/she will not be attending class within 48 hours by sending an email to info@apeiportal.com or calling 603-602-0301.  This will allow instructors to plan accordingly.

Grading

A score of 60 will be needed to pass the course.  A maximum of 100 points will be given during the semester.  The 100 point system will be comprised of an individual student performance evaluation by the instructor (20 points), and a final examination (60 points).
